We are still fond of our former series, The Mid-American Stock Car Series. It's a short track racing program from the midwestern states. Short tracks are where stock car racing first got off of the back roads and into organized and regulated competition. Many traditional fans and purists still see short track racing as the "real" NASCAR ans the only place to see the next generation of Nextel Cup drivers today. |
